The theme of this exhibition is “Empowering New Industrialization with Humanoid Robots”, bringing together more than 600 leading enterprises at home and abroad such as Tesla, Yushu Technology, and Zhiyuan Robotics. The exhibition area exceeds 30000 square meters and is expected to attract more than 90000 professional visitors. The exhibition focuses on the core components, complete machine applications, and system integration of humanoid robots throughout the entire ecological chain. At the same time, more than 20 industry forums such as the High Quality Development Conference of the Embodied Intelligent Drive Industry Chain and the Global Humanoid Robot Industry Link Conference are held, creating an international platform that integrates technology exchange, supply and demand docking, and industry investment cooperation. Paralon will showcase customized protection solutions for key components such as humanoid robot joint modules, sensors, and PCBA control boards on site, helping the industry overcome environmental adaptability bottlenecks.

At present, in industrial practice, the core components of humanoid robots include motherboards, sensors, radars, FPCs (flexible circuit boards), batteries, motor drive modules, and connectors. The main requirements are moisture-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-resistant, and maintaining long-term stability. as follows:

1. Motherboard and control unit

Protection requirement: To prevent moisture, salt spray, and dust from entering and causing short circuits or signal interference. Recommended coating: Parylene, due to its molecular level 360 ° conformal deposition ability, can cover pins, blind holes, and small solder joints, achieving no dead corner protection.

2. Sensors (such as infrared, visual, tactile sensors)

Protection requirements: Avoid moisture condensation affecting sensitivity and prevent misjudgment caused by oil or dust adhesion. Recommended coating: Parylene, ultra-thin and does not affect signal transmission, deposited at room temperature without damaging sensitive components.

3. Lidar and optical components

Protection requirements: resist kitchen oil stains, bathroom moisture erosion, and prevent mirror fogging or corrosion. Recommended coating: Parylene, does not obstruct the sensor, maintains optical transparency while providing a sealing barrier.

4. FPC (Flexible Circuit Board)

Protection requirements: resistant to bending and fatigue, while preventing sweat and cleaning fluids from penetrating and causing open circuits. Recommended coating: Parylene, fully deposited at room temperature, no thermal stress, suitable for flexible material properties.

5. Battery and power module

Protection requirements: prevent electrolyte leakage from causing short circuits and block metal corrosion caused by moisture. Recommended coating: Parylene, with excellent insulation performance and a water vapor transmission rate of less than 0.1 g · mm/(m ² · day), ensuring long-term safety.

6. Motors and Drivers

Protection requirement: Resist dust, hair debris from entering and causing jamming or overheating. Recommended coating: UV three proof paint (such as UV60), with fast curing and wear-resistant properties, suitable for components with simpler structures.

7. Connectors and connectors

Protection requirement: Prevent poor contact caused by oxidation and salt spray corrosion. Recommended coating: Parylene, which can penetrate deep into gaps to achieve zero protection dead corners and improve connection reliability.

As a pioneer in vapor deposition coating technology, Palylene’s Parylene coating provides “seamless” precision protection for the core components of humanoid robots. Through the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process, Parylene active molecules can uniformly cover various substrates such as metals, silicone, plastics, etc. in a vacuum environment, forming ultra-thin and pore free films of 1-10 μ m. This coating has excellent corrosion resistance and can maintain stable performance at extreme temperatures ranging from -200 ℃ to 350 ℃, providing a guarantee for the long-term operation of humanoid robots in complex scenarios such as industrial inspection and medical assistance. In response to the lubrication requirements of humanoid robot joint modules, Parylene coating can reduce the friction coefficient to below 0.1, reduce mechanical wear, and improve motion accuracy and service life.

In response to the lightweight protection requirements of humanoid robot electronic systems, Paralon brings UV three proof paint and adhesive solutions. UV curing technology can achieve rapid film formation in seconds, greatly improving production efficiency. The coating thickness can be controlled to 50-200 μ m, and it has excellent insulation and weather resistance. This solution is suitable for batch coating of PCBA control boards, sensor circuits, and other components, and can effectively resist environmental erosion such as moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion, building a reliable protective barrier for the intelligent control system of humanoid robots. At the same time, Paralon’s customized adhesive products can meet the high-strength bonding needs of different substrates, providing stable connections for humanoid robot structural components.

During the exhibition, Paralon will also showcase the innovative application of ALD atomic layer deposition technology in the field of high-precision protection. Through atomic level deposition processes, precise coating control can be achieved at the nanoscale, providing ultra-thin protective layers for ultra precision components such as MEMS sensors and optical lenses in humanoid robots, effectively improving the stability and service life of the devices. On site professional technical teams will provide one-on-one customized solution consultation for the audience.

At present, the humanoid robot industry is at a critical stage of large-scale production, and the protective performance of core components directly determines the reliability and application boundaries of products. With more than ten years of coating technology accumulation, Paralon has provided millions of precision component protection solutions for aerospace, medical electronics, automotive electronics and other fields. At this exhibition, Paralon will deeply connect the upstream and downstream of the humanoid robot industry chain, and explore innovative applications of coating technology in the field of embodied intelligence with global enterprises.

From May 14th to 16th, Paralon is looking forward to working with you at the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center to build a more stable protective barrier for the humanoid robot industry and embark on a new chapter in the future of intelligent equipment.
